By provisioning an account, clinics agree to be bound by these service terms. Accounts exceeding patient limits will require subscription plan updates.

2. SaaS Subscription Enforcements

Super Admins govern global limits on patient entries and branch clinics. Users agree not to bypass limits or access unauthorized schemas.

3. Termination

Accounts violating healthcare standard privacy operations may be terminated immediately by the Super Admin.
